Itinerary
Friday - Arrive at Bryn Llydan from 2pm onwards. If you would like to head out for a walk before dinner, we have maps of the local forest on hand. Dinner will be served at 7.30pm with a chance to chat with your guide and fellow hikers.

Saturday - After a hearty breakfast, we set off straight from the door for today’s hike across the stunning Moelwynion to the Heritage Railway Station at Tanygrisiau. Approximately 15km with around 1000m of ascent. At Tanygrisiau, we’ll hop onto the steam train and head back to Penrhyndeudraeth on Ffestiniog Railway - the oldest narrow gauge railway with almost 200 years of history. Enjoy a relaxed train ride surrounded by spectacular views and the unmistakeable sounds and smells of the steam engine. From the station, it’s a short and straightforward walk back to base where you’ll enjoy a freshly prepared, plentiful meal and a chance to chill out and reflect on the day’s adventures.

Sunday
Another delicious breakfast before a short drive to today’s starting point at Croesor. From here, we head off for a beautiful circular route taking in Cnicht - The Welsh Matterhorn. A shorter walk today, allowing people time to get on the road in good time at the end of the day. Approximately 9km with 600metres of ascent. After the walk, feel free to come back to base to freshen up (and grab some more cake) before your journey home.

Option to add Sunday night to your stay - £75 per person fully catered
(Routes may vary depending on conditions)
